The Cocoa Exchange

120,000 square foot building converted from office space to condominiums.  The flat-iron shaped structure is renowned as home to the New York Cocao Exchange from 1931 to 1972. Today the Cocoa Exchange is a full-service, boutique condominium with 15 floors and 126 apartments. Converted in 2006, the building is highlighted by a lobby of rosewood, Venetian plaster, chiseled Botticino marble slab walls and an aluminum leaf ceiling.
