Michael Siciliani

President

Mr. Siciliani was the founder and managing principal of Newmark Construction Services, an affiliate of Newmark & Co. Real Estate.

Since 1997, Mr. Siciliani has been at the forefront of the residential redevelopment of lower Manhattan converting more than 30 commercial buildings into over 6,500 new apartments. He has consulted on acquisitions, design and planning, budget and schedule during the pre-construction process and executed some of the largest and most complex conversion projects in the city including the 57 story tower at 20 Exchange Place, 37 Wall St, 63 Wall St, which won a national award for historic preservation, 67 Wall St, and over 1.1 million square feet at 360 Furman St, now known as One Brooklyn Bridge Park.

Experienced in every phase of the development process and proficient in managing a large in-house staff of project managers, field superintendents, accountants, administrators and third party consultants, Mr. Siciliani brings to CCM and its clients a wealth of local industry knowledge and a proven track record of success.

Mr. Siciliani started his career in 1982 at Armor Elevator Co., the predecessor to KONE Elevator in New York. From field apprentice, to engineering, and finally sales, he experienced the building process from the ground up. In 1986, he joined one of his clients Two Trees Management Co. developing a large parcel of more than 20 buildings on the Brooklyn waterfront now known as DUMBO.
