PROJECT EXECUTIVE

A 20 year veteran in the industry, Mr. Malkin has served at the senior management level for such notable projects as the $260M expansion and renovation of the Museum of Modern Art, over 500,000 square feet of new construction at 510 & 530 W 45th St / 511 West 44th St, the 35 story, 275,000 square foot building at 44-30 Purves St in LIC, and the 52 story, 585,000 square foot complex at 250 Ashland Ave in Brooklyn. Mr. Malkin holds a BS in Business Administration from Boston University School of Management.
