Mr. Hardecker rejoins his fellow colleagues after a second stint with Tishman Construction where he was a General Superintendent on many noteworthy large scale out of the ground buildings including; The Biltmore Hotel, The Intercontinental Hotel Times Square, and The New School for Social Research at 14th St and 5th Ave. Peter’s renovation experience includes The Trophy Club at 18 West St, The Cocoa Exchange, 100 Maiden Lane, and 418 west 25th St. 

His experience in dealing with the logistical challenges of these complex projects, along with his command of a large workforce, are an invaluable asset in maintaining schedule, site safety, and quality control.
