Carlos Huezo

PROJECT EXECUTIVE

Mr. Huezo has been with CCM, and its predecessor Newmark Construction Services since 2000. He is responsible for all aspects of project management for multiple residential conversion projects. Tasks include client management, site assessment, permitting, approvals, budget, schedule, coordination of design consultants, individual scope preparation, bidding process, contract negotiations, coordination of construction trades, maintaining cost control and project close out.

Mr. Huezo holds an Associates Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from the New York City Technical College.
